We all deserve to have a satisfying, pleasurable and safe sexual life - whatever that might look like for us - and talking therapy can help support this.

The knowledge and understanding of the principles of sexual health - that we all have the right for this part of our lives to be consensual, non-exploitative, protective from diseases/unwanted pregnancy, honest, centred on shared values, and mutually pleasurable - forms a central part of the way I work. Indeed exploring some of these areas and building positive sexual values systems can help promote sexual self-esteem and confidence so that you can live your sexual life well and with pride.

Whether you have lost connection with aspects of your sexuality, or have a specific problem you’d like to overcome, our therapy conversations are a safe and judgment-free zone.
